Floating

Prior to using Thistle finish plasters you may need to float the wall or ceiling with a backing plaster. If the background you want to plaster over is brick or block you will have to use a backing plaster first. Please see Thistle Hardwall for high suction backgrounds (very high suction backgrounds may need to be treated with Thistle GypPrime) and Thistle Bonding Coat for low suction backgrounds.
